Leading difficult conversations workshop will empower managers and leaders with a set of skills essential for handling difficult people and difficult behaviour confidently and constructively. Leveraging real life examples and Craig's 25 years leading teams around the world you will learn to recognise and respond to the tactics difficult people use at work, resolve workplace and customer conflicts without damaging relationships and turn negative situations around positively.
